The concept art department has a thread for this, so I figured the writing department should have one as well. Derleu mentioned a free screenwriting software called Celtx. I downloaded it and found that it's pretty cool and easy to use. For future reference, if the script-writers could put their scripts into screenplay format, it would make the scripts a lot easier to read, especially for the voice actors and the story-boarders. Here's the link that derleu provided for Celtx: celtx.com/" target="_blank">http://www.celtx.com/

Another writing tool has just been brought to my attention. I am in the process of downloading it for a test-run, so we'll see how it goes. It's called yWriter4...novel-writing software....plus it's free. Here's the link if anyone else would like to hazard a try: www.spacejock.com/yWriter4.html

I recently found a site where you can make your own 3D movies. The voice actors are all synthesized, of course, so it makes line delivery a bit awkward, but you can add camera angles, sound effects, music, expressions, and gestures to make the movie look kinda cool. I went ahead and fiddled around with it, using a short scene from your script, G--the one with Feanor and Nerdanel after the feast--and it turned out kinda cool...sorta. Here's a link if you want to check it out: www.xtranormal.com/watch/5711903/

Thank you HV! Thank you, thank you, thank you! That is a great site! Just to hear the lines back from another source besides myself...wonderful! It was very cool! For me, it gave a better understanding of the pace and flow of the scene and a invaluable look at perspective camera angles. It is a great tool. I know that I'll be spending a lot of time on that site.
Thanks again,
G.
