I saw the movie four weeks ago but I just now got around to posting anything about it.
I have not read the book, so just going off of the movie experience, it was enjoyable. There is a difference in the pacing from LWW and my daughter complained that she wished that Edmund had more screen time. The effects were good and the acting up to snuff.
I won't post any spoiler information about the plot, but it did not have the same impact as the first film which seemed to have more energy. Caspian feels "bigger" and looks epic but I did not get pulled in as much as I did with LWW. Still, it is a very decent film that is a lot of fun.

I really enjoyed the film as well. It was so intense and all that jazz. The only thing I did not particularly enjoy was Susan's appearance. Anna Popplewell is very beautiful to be sure, but the smoky eyeshadow made her character a little too voluptuous for my tastes. I know, I sound like an idiot for not liking a bit of eyeshadow, but it really does make a huge difference. Maybe it's a foreshadowing thing...anyone who has read the books may figure out what I'm talking about. Other than that, the movie was great.
